RORY CONAWAY

Voodoo Performance AZ is a veteran-owned shop serving Chandler and the greater Phoenix area. Andy and Shasta Van Arb have been married for 20 years and run the business with a strong focus on honesty, consistency, and taking care of the people who trust them with their vehicles.

 
Andy is an Air Force combat veteran who served as a K9 handler, a role that shaped the discipline and attention to detail he brings to his work today. With a background in performance upgrades, tuning, and repairs, he approaches every vehicle with care and precision. Shasta helps keep the business running smoothly, emphasizing clear communication, quality work, and long term customer relationships.
 
Senior Partner Rory Conaway brings more than 35 years of engineering and business experience, along with a lifelong involvement in motorsports. His racing background spans multiple disciplines and influences how performance work is approached at the shop, with an emphasis on reliability and real-world results. Together, Andy, Shasta, and Rory lead a team that values solid workmanship, shared experience, and serving the local automotive community.
